Below you will find all the answers to the most frequently asked questions about ordering and delivering products on our website. If your answer is not listed, you may always contact us without obligation.

When will I receive my order?
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 15:00 hours will be shipped the same day. Delivery is made by the letter carrier or parcel delivery person of DHL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day. We will keep you informed by email and send a track and trace code as soon as the order is shipped. Via the track&trace code you can see when you can expect your order.

Can I also pick up my order?
We offer the possibility to deliver your order at home, at another address (for example work) or at a pickup point. When ordering you can indicate how and where you want your order delivered. It is also possible that you order with us in Waalwijk to collect. The advantage is that you do not pay shipping costs. You must however place the order online and pay. Payment on collection is unfortunately not possible.

What are the shipping costs?
The prices mentioned in our webshop do not include shipping costs. Our shipping costs are a fixed amount and are calculated on the basis of the delivery address.

Can I order via email?
Do you prefer to order via email? You can! Mail us your order and we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note however that we have to process this order manually, therefore it is possible that this order will not be sent the same day. Also, we can not 100% guarantee that the product is in stock when ordered by email.

What is the stock?
All the products we offer in our webshop are in stock or can be ordered. However, it can sometimes happen that a product is sold out and therefore not immediately available. The delivery time can be found on the product page. If the product is in stock then you can assume that we really have it in stock. If you cannot order a product, please e-mail us for more information about the delivery time.

I missed the delivery man, what now?
Did you miss the delivery man the first time? With the track and trace code you will receive from us, you can determine where and when the package will be delivered next time. You do not have to stay home anymore to receive the package. If you choose to have your order delivered to a pickup point then you can choose one of the many locations in your area. You can then pick up the package when it suits you. There are no additional costs associated with this service. Do not forget to bring your identification when you pick up the package!

Can I pick up my order at a store?
You do not have to stay at home to receive your package. If you choose to have the package delivered to a pickup point, you can choose one of the many locations in your area. You can then pick up the package when it suits you. This service is of course free of charge. Do not forget to bring your proof of identity when you pick up your parcel!

Help! I haven't received my order yet.
We strive to deliver every order as fast as possible. Is the status of your order already more than two days on 'Sent' or does the track & trace code indicate that the order is already delivered? Please contact us, maybe something went wrong.
