At Racingeyewear we stand behind the products we offer, we logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition and we also expect the same from the suppliers and deliverers we work with. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement.
With each product you can see which warranty is applicable and how long it is valid after the purchase date.
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing email@example.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file this complaint via the European Union platform.
Nice to know
There is no warranty on the consumables that we sell in our webshop after opening the packaging. Racingeyewear and the manufacturer are not liable for direct or indirect consequences of incorrect application of the products it supplies. It must be determined in advance whether the product to be used is suitable for its intended purpose; this determination is made at your own risk.
