Returns

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like to have the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal is not broken. When the seal is broken, the order is final and can no longer be returned. Should you make use of the right of withdrawal, then you have another 14 days after cancellation to return the product(s).

If we receive the products in good order you will be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. However, if for example you have ordered multiple products and you do not return all products, you will not be refunded for the shipping costs. The costs for returning the products are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7.25 per package, consult the website of your favorite carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

To make use of this right you can contact us via info@racingeyewear.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of the return, provided that the product has already been received by us in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation in value to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returned. The consumables we sell in our shop can only be returned if the seal is not broken.

Do you want to exchange the product you ordered? That is no problem! You may contact info@racingeyewear.eu. Please note that you have to bear the cost of returning the product yourself.

You accidentally gave the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you. Is the package already on its way? Then take into account a longer delivery time for your order.
